Monday, November 19

Just finished up rushing the Marketing Report. YAY I had fun doing it and I think the final compilation is pretty awesome but I started to feel at a loss after I finished it.

I have 4 exams to study for and I have a total of 7 days left effectively. And I don't know where to start. yay me.

HELP. SOS.

Saturday, November 17

I have been getting strange feelings of nothingness. Like I don't feel like I'm anything, or that I belong anywhere. It's been very very strange.
I have never done so many surveys and personality tests before. Completing research studies credits for both MPW and Marketing has been quite an experience.

Taking all these tests made me reflect. Of course, I don't put 100% effort in answering the questions or thinking about how I should answer the questions but somehow, doing so many personality tests and all kinda affected me.

I start to doubt myself again.

Or maybe it's just a bad day.

Or maybe I really do have a sucky sad life.

I wonder what motivates people. I wonder what goes through others' minds. I wonder a lot. I wonder how come people can seem like something they are not. Useless wondering though. Wondering gets me no answers. I need to be more of a do-er. It makes life happier and easier to live.

I need to write here more.

Pardon my incoherence. It happens when I'm not in the best of moods.

Saturday, October 27

I totally forgot about cleaning and changing my surgery wounds. Because I haven't even had the time to spare to stay at home to ice my knee ONE TIME to bring down the swelling, which I was supposed to do a few times a day.

WED - POST SURGERY DAY ONE
Discharged at 1.00pm. Went to school for MA meeting at 5.00pm.

THU - POST SURGERY DAY TWO
Lessons till 645pm. Mad rush to Dempsey Hill, Rain Restaurant & Bar for BONDUE Appreciation Night and 4th Exco Investiture. Did a sub standard speech, but I know I'll get enough chances to improve.

FRI - POST SURGERY DAY THREE
Morning lesson. Finally got to chill a bit with the Best Friend @ our favourite Thai restaurant. Council Elections/AGM @345pm. RedBull Launch Party at night. It was a blast. The Crippled (also know as ME) danced with one good leg.

And hence, the result of all these, is the stubborn and growing swell on my knee and a potentially unclean wound (forgot all about cleaning wound and changing dressing at a clinic!).

Clearly, CRISPY is taking over my life.

Sunday, October 21

Just got back from SAC (Student Association Council) 3d2n retreat. SHAGGED. And it's not the physically demanding kinda shagged, it was super mentally taxing. We basically think and talk for more than 10 hours in a day.

But it was still fun and enjoyable la. I now have a new Daddy (Russell!) and a new scandal (Anthony Pentium I). Haha : ) So much nonsense as usual with SMU camps.

I'm having my knee operation (scope) @ SGH coming Tues. Really, the worst part of it all is having to make a speech on crutches. CHUI pls.

Next week is crazy. I don't think I have time to breathe. HAHA : )

Wednesday, October 3

Hobbling around school hasn't been too enjoyable. Especially when I have friends who like to imitate my super unglam style of walking and thinking it is oh-so-funny. ROARS.

But thanks to my schizophrenic friend who made my life better with the sponsored cab rides and lending arm as walking stick, the troubled knee is less of a pain. Thanks Kelvin : ) Stop nagging about the painkillers though. And stop talking to yourself, you're really developing schizophrenia. Haha.

Old school dramas on late night Mediacorp teevee channel rocks. Haha does anyone else watch them like I do?

I need to stop being dark and twisty. I wanna watch Greys 4 now now now!

Saturday, September 15

it's sad and scary to watch someone else live life the exact same way you do. mostly sad.

you see the flaws in yourself, you see the mistakes you would make, sometimes you see the brilliance you have, occasionally you think you're full of all that. but mostly, you see how sad you are.

I've been watching Grey's Anatomy. I've been watching myself on show.

I'm Meredith Grey.

p/s: On another note, these days have been sucky. I only look forward to Thursdays MA lessons. THAT IS SAD. It's been so sucky that my Bfriend started using the Fword. : )

Sunday, September 2

CCA Day was damn tiring. Heh check out Kin Seng when he cannot move and talk. I think I prefer him like that, mute and motionless.

Melvin and I then hung out in town a bit. We sat in Starbucks talking about stuff and him playing with his new camera and all the cool functions.

Freshmen Bash @ MOS was crazily packed too. Arrived at Clarke Quay to a super long queue and when we finally got in, watched the pageant. Got sabo-ed to play in the stage games cos Tarn was the emcee. Yeah they said they were looking for people wearing red, and I kana when I was wearing a white dress. -_-

Anyway, partied the night away with Bena and Jolin. Photos below with the two Indos I know best in school.

With Alvin Mustopo! Heh like my white dress?

With Lukas, my favourite Indo boy : )

Of course, not forgetting Richard : ) He said we both looked like angels that night, cos we were both wearing white? When I looked at this picture, it just looked super familiar. Then I realised, we kinda took a picture with very similar pose and smiles.
Haha very similar feel right?
Yay, should be going Bintan this coming weekend. : ) getaway from stupid school!

Monday, August 27

Wow the last time i blogged was like eons ago. Opps, I don't really know what caused this hiatus but well, I'm back : )

This summer holidays have been so so packed and eventful, it's quite incredible. The number of camps I attended this summer holidays is alarming and I have since turned from a Chinese to a Malay in terms of skin colour. Hosted a few events too and had lots of fun doing emcee-ing. Not forgetting the newest addition to the family, the little bundle of joy at home, a little Shih Tzu puppy!

Joining FTB as a facilitator has definitely been damn enriching and meaningful. I think we all learnt quite a bit through all the training and camps, but I found it rather hard to be the "right" faci at the real camp itself. It was really far more important to protect the freshies' experience instead of being eager to preach whatever we had learnt and I'm glad I faci-ed the way I did. I thank God for the great group I had and I'm glad they really enjoyed the camp.

With Group 113 guys after tunneling.
With Group 113 girls after tunneling!
The FABS at RUN 4! The best best mock camp group ever.
Run 4 RETROS : ) we rocked it
Group 113 at Rafting : ) my all time fave activity!

Speaking of my little baby at home, the super adorable puppy! The Boy and I drove down to Pasir Ris farmway one day 2 months ago and he decided to buy this puppy. But he forgot he had 4 big dogs at home which made it impossible to house the new Shih Tzu. So now the puppy belongs to my homeee : )
This is Machi before grooming. haha with the hair all covering the face
She's damn cute la : )

My grandma's birthday celebration
The girls with the grandma : ))

I'm having school blues, anyone with same sentiments? I should make it a note to update this blog. Cos reading back on past entries of my own blog is damn thereupetic and fun : )
Meanwhile, it's damn fun to watch Sze Hui on teevee on the 9 o'clock show as the school girl ah lian! haha I get a kick out of watching it. haha

Sunday, June 17

Just some photos from the 2D1N FTB facilitators' workshop camp. Had damn a lot of fun and I was super super high for the two days. SHIOK. I have more photos coming from the FTB mock camp, but that will come later : )

Okay first acitivty was the Marble Pipeline, in which the team had to transport a marble, with each of us holding PVC pipes only, for a distance to a pail which was tied high up on a pole. Okay some photos..

Me standing up there, on Winfrid and Samuel's arms. My two super stable bases! : )

Haha, this was taken when I was standing high up there on two guys' arms, reaching for the pail. I named myself the "Latecomer" cos I came straight from camp in Camelot and was like 2 hours late.

Okay the next activity was a pretty simple one which we completed. But the highlight of it was the photo above. HAHA. I was wearing one blindfold as a bra, and one as a hairband. My ability to make a fool and then laugh at myself so that people are happy too is AMAZING. The stupid self-degrading things I do. HAHA
Okay, then it was some crossing the river with bricks activity. This is my hero Winfrid, piggybacking me across with bricks tied to his feet. After that, I promised him a lifetime of unlimited jokes. Winzeeeeeee, he's the man : )

The above two pictures was from another activity. It was supposed to be someone else carrying the pole in my place but an emergency happened so I was called in to take his place. And these two photos are just there to illustrate how SHORT I am, compared to the ones who we agreed on to carry the pole. I WAS DAMN SAD after looking at these pictures. And to further illustrate the point, Farhan (our senior facilitator) took this picture below, of my feet. I was desperately trying to tiptoe so I can accomodate to them putting the pole on their shoulders. ROAR.
At night, we played the Polar Bear game, something SMU students apparently enjoy alot. HAHA i was the freaking useless Witchdoctor, who stupidly killed the Hunter at a very early stage. Haha if you even know what I'm babbling about : )
A group photo of the various villagers who "died" and were haunting the village. HAHA the ghosts rock.
We were playing some filler games, in which I lost like shit. Cos I have a small hand with small fingers and I am never good at concentration when I'm high and happy.
Speaking of which, I lost at Yee-HAA and they made me write my name with my ass and chest as forfeit on the glass facing the public road outside. -_- and they have footages of the so-called "Geylang Fishtank" performance, both front and back view. KNS. Well, at least Bena thinks it's quite cool and sexy compared to Iris' forfeit at the bus stop, which Bena named it so "uncoool" HAHA
Another filler game in which the whole team was made to stand on a canvas and then we had to turn the whole canvas over without anyone touching the ground. And the only other thing we had was a chair. HAHA I was initially squashed between all the bodies on our first attempt (which failed). On the second attempt, I cleverly volunteered to join the VERY CRAMPED CHAIR (with the three biggest sized teammates). BAD MOVE. I was hanging on to like one-tenth of the sitting surface and my thighs were gonna cramp up.
Anyway, a celebratory photo when we completed it : )
Yes, that's my damn fun group. Our name is Siew Mai on Double Decker Bus. Don't ask why. HAHA
Rissy and I with Farhan. This photo was meant to be a birthday greeting photo to BENA. : )))

More photos coming up from the FTB Mock Camp. HAHA as usual, more embarrassing stuff of me in action!

Monday, May 21

BANGS!
BANGS!
BANGS!
Cut my hair at Chapter2 @ Bugis today. Richard came to accompany me and then we had out little catch-up session at TCC. Eh, more like cam-whore session : ))))
Check out my new hair. I'M STILL NOT USED TO IT -_- HAHA

My bangs nice nottt?

The CamWhores ReUnite!

So, bangs better or my old slant fringe?

Our attempts at acting cute.

Outside the toilet. mirror shot.

I had so much fun with Richard. Though we didnt have much time, it was nice catching up : ))) yes before i go BOOK-IN into camp again.

On the MRT with the best camwhore and emo partner ever.

Then it was off to VIVO to meet Kelvin, while we waited for Iris to knock off and have dinner together. Kelvin treated us to dinner at HongKong KimGary Cafe. Great food great company : ))) Though Kelvin is still as irritating as ever and Manfred was irritaing for the period of time he came along with Iris, dinner was fantastic. I missed Iris so much! and even though Kelvin is an irritant, I missed him too : ))

With Kelvin Sim the idiot whose favourite hobby seems to be irritating the hell outta me.

With the bestfriend. The Tiger Beer Pi Jiu Mei. HEHE.

Goodbye civilization. I'll see you again coming Friday. Will be at camp from tmr morning to Friday afternoon. I was supposed to book-in just now at 10pm, don't ask what happened! GRRR

Saturday, May 19

I just got back from my 3D2N camp! : ))))) Was earning money being a group instructor to a bunch of sec2 Whitley kids for those outdoor adventure camps kind. HAHA damn fun but super tiringg.

This was my first time, without training and any experience being an instructor so my group and the other group sorta merged most of the time so that the other instructor could guide me along. I think i learnt stuff pretty fast la, I'm go ingfor another 4D3N camp next tuesday!

This was groups 3&4 combined with the two instructors. HEH. my group was the super pai kia group. One girl with the stud below the lower lip, one little boy with dyed spiked hair, a few cheeky malay boys. Naughty, but they were still a fun bunch!!! Another group picture of us!

All the camp instructors. haha my oraange instructor shirt was WET cos Melvin and I got sabo-ed on the last night - campfire night. Got a LARGE tub of detergent water splashed onto us! HAHA.

Anyway, some other photos which I didnt get a chance to post up cos blogger was being a bugger. Iris' birthday celebration at Sushi Tei/Pacific Coffee @ Vivo.

The er.. "birthday" gang. HEH
Us again : )))))

Photos from Robin's 21st Surprise party!!

Birthday Boy and I. HAPPYY 21ST!

The male and female leads of the night : )))))

Sunday, May 6

Wooo.. K-box for 7 hours!!! haha we went at 2pm and was supposed to end at 7pm, but somehow they didnt chase us out until 9pm!

It was a super super shiok kbox session for the 4Rs. Richard, Rissy, RiBena, Ruhua. HAHA

Haha, we were SUPER high singing the last two songs. jumping up and down on the sofa and screaming as though it was our concert. DAMN FRICKING SHIOK!

Haha then it was Iris' Birthday Surprise on Friday night! Haha I named it my Mission 0505 : ) I made a 12 minuted video clip through the night, with messages from Richard, Bena, Jue Lin, Uni, Anna and me!!! And MTV of me playing the bday song on keyboard and another MTV of melvin singing the bday song. HAHA damn fun : ))
Risssyyy, you likeedd the video righttttttt?? : )))
The people of the night with the IRIS pose : ))))

Happy TwenTEENth, the leading ladyy of my life : )

I hope you had a great and fabulous bday rissy!

Thursday, April 26

HAHA my bff Iris complains to me about the lack of posts (and more importantly, the lack of Iris' face on my blog) so here I am.

Summer holidays have been Boring, with a capital B! I have been sleeping at earliest 2am and waking up at times ranging from 1pm-4pm. I'm nocturnal and I have norturnal friends too.

On another note, I may be going back to work for my ex-boss in Raffles Hotel. My ex-boss asked me to go back but the outcome will depend on my lunch date with my boss next Wednesday. HAHA I've tried to swear off working in an office but I think I might go back to work if I have super pay increment (give me $1600 per month!!!!).

We were out window shopping yesterday, Richard Iris Me. But the supposed window shopping was not to be, Iris ended up buying a nice striped cardigan and Richard bought a damn cute Sesame Street shirt from Pull & Bear! Then Bena joined us for dinner and we had fun talking like we act in Grey's Anatomy. I happen to be Meredith and this decision was reached by Iris and Richard, citing the similarity of "messy love life" between the character and the real me. THANKS FRIENDS : )

Us outside Far East : )

HEH. my new Red Hot bag. yayyy

With Iris, the newly converted camwhore. Welcome to the club, Rissy. No one can ever understand the Affair I have with Richard. HAHA. Like the sudden and very random sexual insights Richard has at Pull&Bear.
After that, we all headed to my house for a while and then Bena and I headed out to Clarke Quay for clubbingg. It was Ladies Night and 5 free drinks at Clinic, then head over to MoS for dancing all night!!! It was a pretty good night for dancing, no more despos engulfing us like in Phuture. And GGGreat music at sporadic times.

The 4 of us, squashed in my house lift.

Iris and Richard, at my housee.

With Lukas, the Clarke Quay resident clubber. I met Joyce at CLinic!!!!
Tarn and Bena : )))
BENA banana!!!
The very Red Bena and the very Black Tarn.
NATAPA:)
Melvin and his Cranberry Vodka.

I'm waiting for the NUS girls to finish their exams. We need to go outttttttt~!! haha I need to slack and playyy more before I start working again. And I wanna watch more Grey's!! :((

Tuesday, March 20

Our STORM THE DORM mission went quite well!!!!!! : ) I'm so glad Juelin was touched and happy that we randomly and suddenly appeared in front of NUS Temasek Hall to give her a belated birthday surprise!

Celebrations with the 5 of us have always been crazy/fun/beautiful.
UNI::ANNA::IRIS::JUE::MIN

Here's to a very special and blessed 20th year ahead.

Juelin, the craziest but SWEETEST girlfriend anyone could wish for.

iloveyouu : )

Saturday, March 10

As cliched as it may sound, I still must say it.

No one can imagine how it feels to lose all the data in the laptop until you experience a hard disk crash for YOURSELF.

My hard disk crashed today.

My life situation is probably as ridiculous as those "The Most Unlucky Day of My Life" compositions we write in primary school. My home PC crashed and got reformatted and crashed again, the second time with it being diagnosed "HOPELESS". Now my laptop crashed, make that crash with a capital "C" please. Sorry i think i change my mind, make that capital C R A S H E D. Everything in my laptop cannot be saved : (

And to top it all off, I have this unexplained and constant stomach cramps (no its not menstrual cramps), all the way from last night till now. If the constrictions in my stomach don't go away, I think my wish of dying young (okay maybe not young young, but I dont wanna live till like old age) may just come true.

Sidetrack: Go watch 300 and Music and Lyrics. Watch 300 if you enjoy gruesome and gory action like me. Watch 300 if you get a kick out of seeing heads being chopped off (Yes I really do!). Watch Music and Lyrics if you are into Blonde Chicks who dig Indie and Buddhism. Watch Music and Lyrics if you agree with me that Drew Barrymore rules.

Watching movies, especially British flicks with Richard, Iris and Bena, is thereupetic. We laugh at ANYTHING.

Sunday, March 4

HAHA been in hibernation watching hana kimi (STUPID ENDING! -_-) and Heroes. clearly super influenced by my two BFFs, iris and bena. haha shit bff sounds so damn bimbo.

Today was, super huge and noisy gathering in library as usual. Kelvin Sim was pissing the hell outta me and I think he really got a kick out of it. HAHA it's okay, I'll get my payback time soon. :P Been playing poker holdem the past three days. HAHA clearly havent done much work.

I'm still damn pissed at Hana Kimi's stupid ending but I miss my Quan very very much. If Wu Zun acted in Heroes, I'll be at episode 17 instead of just finished watching episode 11. HAHA I want a Quan/Wu Zun in my life!!! : ))))))

Anyway, just some photos.. VEGAS NIGHT '07.

The girls. Me, Sui, Iris, Clara
Clara, Jia Ling, Mindy
Me, Iris, Bena

And photos from my birthday dinner at Hog's Breath with the girls : )))

Me, Risssyy

Toast to the girls! Sandhya, Iris, Anna, Uni, Juelin

Me, Uni!

Haha, and photos from the day Richard and I coincidentally both wore RED/WHITE without advance planning! Needless to say, such a important and significant event of the drama KING/QUEEN's life must be captured. So we shamelessly camwhored in the library and all the way till we went to Cathay's B&J with Iris.

HAHA. my super failed DAO look. Richard is darn too good at it.

I like spending time with Richard cos I never have to think about all things I'd rather not think about. Cos I'll never have the time to!! We talk too much crazy shit and do too much ridiculous things together that we simply don't have the time for emo. HAHA that's why I lovee spending with Richard.

I need more Heroes!!!!

Saturday, February 10

PHOTO POST!
Firstly, pictures from Shauna's farewell gathering at her house. This was when out Triple R gang was formed: Richard, Rissy and Ruhua. HAHA : )
But seriously, these two people are people I love so so so much. The ones who take such good care of me when I'm drunk and the ones who are my favourite H2H-ers.

My favourite people: Iris and Richard!

With everyone who went Shauna's house.
With Shauna!
GAN RI CHARD! the jie mei

Then now for pictures from my birthday dinner at Broth. Had a good time with my closer friends from SMU. We were practically singing at the top of our lungs like as though we were in KBox. Damn pai seh but i think we were high.

And lastly, pictures from clubbing that night. It was rather erm..crazy/chaotic that night.. Pictures from Clinic..

Monday, January 22

Too many things have happened in the past week and been so so so busy that I've fallen SICK -_- Anyway last week's highlight was Saturday! - Intra-School Bowling and BACK TO SCHOOL BASH @ Zouk!!! pictures~~~~

Melvin speaking and garnering sales at the ticket booth in school!
Day ONE - trying to act shy and coy..
Day TWO - trying to act shy and coy AGAIN..
With IRISSSYY!!!
TARN NATAPA PHRUTHISARANPHONG!!!!!!! : )
So those were pictures from the two days we spent at the booth trying to sell tickets..
This was from the PRE-bash day when we spent the night scripting the emcee lines for the programmes. DAMN TIRING CAN. had to take the nightrider home : (
Now let's go on to the very EXCITING day - SATURDAY 20th JAN!!!
Had to be at Kim Seng Bowling Alley damn early! haha our team was Iris, Manfred, Kelvin Sim and MEEE!!! We thought just go there play play but in the end, WE WON THIRD!!!!!! : DD so zai right!! manfred and iris just whacked and scored damn well and kelvin even got 190+ for one game!!

I can't believe I won something at my first bowling competition. muahahaha
Then rushed down to Zouk and started rehearsals and preparation. As I told to Iris, that day was one of the most stressful day of my life!!! haha run here run there shout here shout there. And as it got nearer the start of programmes, I had to decide when to start off the night cos the crowd was really slow to come into Zouk.
The girls from the Bondue Bash Committee!
Me with HC and RJ contestant for Battle of the Schools - Jingmin and Jeanette!!
Really glad the programmes of the night went relatively well and it was quite well received. phewwww~ So after all the programmes, one big group of us headed to the kopitiam opposite Zouk to drink cheap beer.
The damn ALOT of beer we drank..
With the sexayy Richard - my fave H2H partner!!
With Kelvin Sim, who mysteriously and suddenly turned up at Zouk without telling anyone!!

It's presentations, projects, meetings ALL THE WAY from now on.. :

Tuesday, January 16

lets celebrate the first time i've been home for dinner in a really really really long time!

i realised my ah ma's cooking is really damn goood. HAHA

i had tom yam instant noodles for dinner late night yesterday and was still feeling hungry after. kelvin brought me desserts from Broth after work!!! i was super grateful - apple tart and chocolate mousse with fruits! super shiok but fatteningggg!

gymming 3 times a week makes me feeeel good and sexayyy! HAHA

I haven't been SO random on this blog in a while, usually its just photos galore and one liners.

But many many things have changed ever since the last time I blogged. For eg, Iris is my BFF, I'm Hui Min under a new status, I did bungy jumping!, I'm no longer someone's ONLY alarm clock (haha), all these among many other things which I can't publicly announce here.

I miss being ignorant and innocent. For once, I hate this so called maturity and knowledge of mine.

I need to party and let it all off. I need proper release.

Thursday, January 11

This is an old post which I forgot to publish! I don't feel like saying much so it'll just be pictures..

This was from our Thai Express Lunch meet-up with Li - the Donkey Ngoi.

Uni, Minnie, Risssy, Liannee..

me and li in the car.
Pictures from Bangkok.

And from Uni's birthday celebrations! sorry this is so so so super belated!!

I must elaborate and explain this last picture! Juelin and I supposed to be both from TAF club, just that she's the anorexic one with real and delicious pasta while I'm the fatty with only GRASS. HAHA
That night was HILARIOUS. I love these 4 girls : )

Monday, December 25

merry christmas my friends!!!
: )

Monday, December 18

I've been eating so so so so much lately! It started with last Friday when I attended the Comms Ball with Kayhian at the Ballroom of Jewel Box, Mount Faber. After the Comms Ball dinner, I had McDonalds for supper cos my boyfriend drove by to pick me up.

Then Saturday was class dinnerr at Sushi Tei at Raffles City!! 11 of us turned up and we ate in a private dining room which was really good and conducive for catching up. Had damn a lot of fun talking nonsense with these RJ classmates. Especially when we recalled Bena's top 5 self-jack moments!! DAMN FUNNY! okay la not top 5 but like top 3 or something..

With Bena/Kayhian @ Sushi Tei

After that we headed to Broth at Tanjong Pagar, the place where Kelvin was working for desserts and drinks! : ) I feel bad cos I eat and drink for free there. Bena was gushing about how nice the place was and how the ambience there rocked.

Attempted artistic shots while at Broth..

Bena was damn red after her glass of champagne!

And that's Kelvin and I : )

Then Sunday I watched the premiere of a Christmas movie with Calvin's family at Cathay because it was his his elder brother's police Family Day thing. I think the show was called Santa Claus 3: The Exception Clause or something. After that his elder brother treated all of us (like 10 of us) to Fish&Co; I had Seafood Platter for 2 and I was damn damn damn full!!!

Us at the Cathayy : )

After that I went out shopping with my Grandma and Cousins, and we bought watchess!! My grandma got a a DKNY watch as Xmas present : ) sweeeeeeet! Anywayyy, after the shopping I met up with the archers for supper at Swensens. I had a Apple Crumble with Kayhian, despite having had beef noodles already for dinner. I think my stomach is super expanded now, I can eat super a lot!

I just watched Charlotte's Web with Calvin at the Cathayy!! It's pretty cutee : ) It's perpetually raining these days, I like the rain but it's so inconvenient some timess : (

Saturday, December 16

Just came back from Kayhian's commissioning ball. Wore the dress Calvin bought for me when we shopped in Penang, and wearing this dress makes me feel like im a PRINCESS!! : ) hahah the dinnerr was quite funnn.. And it's been a while since I last took the cable car in Singapore! We took the cable car up and down Mount Faber for the dinner. It's quite nice up at Mount Faber, quite happeninggg : ) Enjoy the piccturesss..

That was our group table shot. Our table people were quite happening and fun : ) somehoww..
Then the other day I met up with uni, juelin and anna! We caught TRUST THE MAN, which i really really liked and i think its damn good. I need to meet up with these NUS kiddies more! hehh : ) we were missing irissy cos she's holidaying away in Taiwan. She'll be back tmr! yayy!

Sunday, December 10

Our family chalet was 1st-3rd December at Downtown East. They went cycling on the first day then we all went to Wild Wild Wet together (our 3rd time!-_-) and then had a nice BBQ together. I was damn red, sunburnt from WWW.

Yesterday - Iris, Bena and I went down to watch the 63rd Commissioning Parade, which was the President batch! Anyway, Kayhian got me the tickets so I brought Iris, who wanted to see Aaron Thng and Bena, who was bored and lived nearby, along. It was quite fun to watch - all that marching and singing.

We were frantically looking for Kayhian when we were allowed to go down to the parade square. Saw so so many RJ people there and my cousin's husband, who's some high ranking guy told me at home that this particular batch is the white horse batch. Haha.

When the guys were singing the Chinese song that goes "wo men shi nian qing the wei guo jun..", I suddenly laughed to myself because I couldn't imagine Hongyi singing it!!! So when we saw him on the parade square, I told him and he promised he will sing it for me another day. Hilariouss.

Didnt manage to catch Bing there, who has watched the parade like 4 times alreaddy. He packed dinner for us but in the end, we all didnt go have the dinner, sorry bing!

Anyway, had a funny feeling when I saw the many many ex RJ people there while I was with Bena. Haha, I guess the not-so happy times at RJ made me feel like I never really belonged in RJ. Of course, I made all those good friends at RJ - my super fun and slack classmates and friends from Archery and other random good friends, esp from first three months.

I'm watching the Golden Horse awards now, so many eye candies! Haha : )

Friday, December 8

Had dinner with dear Iris at Big-O at Wheelock then we headed all the way down to this nice expensive restaurant called Broth at Tanjong Pagar where Kelvin was working. He treated us to super nice dessert, champagne and red wine.. Had fun talking with Iris over dinner and desserts and having Kelvin popped over to talk to us once in a while.

Kelvin made these words "CONGRATZ IRIS" with chocolate saucee on the dessert plate.
CONGRATS my dear risssyy for passing your driving test on the first attempt!!!! love love : )
It's amazing how we can understand each other's unspoken words so well.

Monday, December 4

The family recently had a wedding dinner to attend, and it was the first wedding dinner in a long long while. The long awaited and anticiapted dinner was just an opportunity for us to dress up and catch up with the old folks and ooh and ahh at the babies and toddlers. We had quite a lot of fun and the food was exceptionally good for wedding dinners (it was held at Hyatt!). I actually ate every dish till dessert. HAHA speaking of which, I'm getting fat after the consecutive pigging sessions during our Smugging in library period.

These are the girls in the family im closer to. Minus some who were MIA lah. We have quite a few good lookers rightt?
Joan and I : ) Grandma, Cousin and I : )
Wendy and I.
We were trying to compete see who has bigger eyes. I know I won :D
Yay Happy Holidays to ME!

Sunday, November 12

11/11/06 was the official launch of the Jalan Bahar Clay Studio which my uncle runs. He was interviewed on the news!! But I missed watching it : ( Anyway, we all went down to help out at the official launch day.

That's the guest of honour (left) with my uncle, lighting the largest dragon kiln in Singapore to commemorate and officiate the launch of the Jalan Bahar Clay Studio. Below are some artists' works which were pretty cool. There was an exhibition showing all the cool works of the artists there. My uncle, very strangely, does not really have the passion or the talents for the arts - he's known as the "money guy" of the studio. HAHA. That was exactly what they said of my uncle at the speech!

That night I met up with old classmates for dinner at Indochine! These idiots are still the same old irritants, freaking damn childish like always. And I'm still getting jacked by them like the good old days in RJ.

Keith refused to take a proper picture for Firas and I and he purposely zoomed in on our faces. HAHA but the picture turned out quite cool (first picture). Weixian was trying to do an Edison Chen smile in the 2nd picture. Oh yeah I realised he's not chaotah at all anymore which is really weird.
Xian kept blowing smoke at me throughout dinner, damn KNS. We had dinner and red wine which came up to a total bill of 130plus. Xian signed for it (stupid rich army boys) and in the end I only paid him 15 bucks! At least army made him a more generous person.

Monday tmr - _ - and exams are comingg : (

Thursday, November 9

HAHA. we were trigger high while we hang out at LIDO watching the huge screeen. I love taking kuku pictures!!

look LEFT! look RIGHT!

Haha. And even more spastic pictures. See the attempted SHUTTER picture on the right. HAHA : )
Heh, I haven't had so much fun just being trigger high in a long while!

Wednesday, November 1

I love you too IRIS!! : )

At our "usual" spot in the freezing libraryyyy.
Spreading some luurve at the Love Parade 2006 : )

We'll be there for each other forever more huh? : )

Wednesday, October 25

This was at New York New York quite some time ago. The food there's quite mediocre and there's nothing special, or just maybe we ordered the wrong stuff : (

And this was when we were at Marina Square the other day and I was busy snapping pictures of the OSIM roadshow, hoping to use the pictures for my financial accounting presentation. haha
This was at Sentosa the other day when we went tanning and building sandcastles.

The animal show we went to before we went off from Sentosa was really good! Though more disorganised than those found at the zoo and night safari, it's much more interactive cos it's much smaller scale.

And the best thing was, there was the super handsome HUSKY!!!

I LIKE!!!!!!!!

Wednesday, October 18

Just a short post about my second trip to VivoCity the other day. We visited Toy'R'Us and there were many cool stuff cos it's Halloween season. Funny how the last time we were there it was around the same time too.

Us in the many different witch/wizards hats! haha i look really spastic in the spider hat picture. -__-

We had a lot of fun trying out random hats/masks at toysRus. That's me trying my bestest to look like a cute little rabbit with my irritating yucky front teeth. I have no idea what the pumpkin hat is for.

That's me looking really ridiculous, Calvin made me do this!

These really funky coloured rubber wigs are damn fun! I remember they were also there last year but we found some new additions so we could not resist trying them on!
That was the really cool astronaut at the ceiling of the store. And us with the Toys'R'Us Giraffe at the entrance of the store!
Going to Toys'R'Us brings out the kiddy nature in everyone! Damn good way to destress and have some kickass fun!

Saturday, October 14

There's something wrong with my tagboard. So leave me a note at the comments page after each post instead!! =)

Anyway, this post will be dedicated to the SPCA event on World Animal Day, PAWS IN THE PARK at Bishan Park. We had a smashing time and my LTB group got many many people to sign up as SPCA members! Far more than what we had expected. Much was due to the fact we had Canon's very kind and generous sponsorship. We took photographs and printed them instantly with the Canon Selphy printers free of charge for the dog lovers at the carnival. Many members of the public were quite surprised the photo taking was all free of charge as most people (most Singaporeans) would expect it to be chargeable.

The Canon Selphy printers at work!

By the way, this blog entry will have many many pictures! Because while I was uploading the pictures for this blog post, I just couldn't stop myself from uploading more and more pictures of all the super cute doggys!

Also, I would like to apologise for posting up pictures of members of the public without their permission. But since most pictures were dog lovers with their pets, and I really want to share all the cool pictures of the super cute doggys, so...many apologies!

So here goes...!

Firstly, presenting my favourite dog breed..the handsome HUSKY!!!

There is another Husky in the background, one with very unique colour fur.

Then next up we have another dog who also attracted much attention at the carnival. Small little cutie below...

.

.

.

.

.

With its equally cute shirt!
The ADIDOG!!

Anyway, Calvin also brought Mango to Bishan Park for some fun, so let's give Mango some airtime! Mango has grown bigger over these few months but she's still a really cute baby. There was this Caucasian lady at the carnival who was really smitten with Mango cos she kept coming back to play with Mango. When I asked if she wanted picture with Mango, she replied that she wanted to take Mango home!! =)

Speaking of Mango, we brought her to the dog run to run around freely and interact with other dogs. She was quite shy at first cos she has interacted more with humans than with other dogs. At first, she kept running back to Calvin like a real little baby! It was really cute to watch. But anyway, the point is..Mango got hustled and scared by these dogs below!!

These huge poodles (there were 3 of them belonging to the same owner!) attracted much attention at the carnival for their sheer size and also, the carefully groomed fur.

About Mango being hustled, it was just that the white huge poodle suddenly charged at Mango at the dog run and was trying to be friendly. But poor little Mango was so so so scared that she just curled up into a ball and did not dare to move. It was only when the owner of the poodle came over and ordered the poodle into retreat that little Mango was 'rescued'! =)

So poor thing! But the poodle was just trying to be friendly, just that Mango is too small. Don't be deceived by Mango's initial fear and skepticism, cos later on Mango practically jumped at all the other dogs when she got excited and warmed up.

Next, my favourite picture!! I was damn amused and tickled when I saw this picture cos I can't find the doggy's eyes!! Damn freaking cute right! I didn't notice this doggy if not I would have gone up to take picture with it!

Next, another small cutie doggy. With a small cutie girl.

Wearing small not-very-cute mini pink crocs.
But anyway, cute photogenic little doggy.

Besides really cute and handsome doggies, there were many really pretty owners too!

This lady's really photogenic huh? She's got a great great smile and a very obedient doggy!

After looking through the huge pile of pictures we took from that day, I realised some owners and dogs look alike! I don't mean that the owners really look like dogs, it's just that certain characteristics or features look alike.

Let's examine how the owners and doggy can be similar...

.

.

.

.

.

1) Like how the beautiful multi-coloured fur of the doggy complements the hair color of the owner..

2) And the equally sunshine and bright SMILES of the owner and doggy!!

3) Don't you think this lady's face shape is quite similar to her dog's?

4) Lastly, very alike in character and nature - stubborn and obstinate. Very aptly reflected in both owner and doggy's refusal to look at the camera!

:)

By the way, it was a star-studded event at PAWS IN THE PARK!

Firstly, we spotted Julian Hee and got him to wrote a note on our Care and Share Board. Next, we had Maia Lee visiting our booth and we took pictures with both of them!!

The very sweaty Julian Hee in his blading gear. One of my group mate, who did not know him cos she's from another country, was quite smitten with him afterward! Haha =)

And that's Maia Lee, looking really young and sweet.

Hope you have enjoyed the pictures as much as I have enjoyed the carnival! I've got many more but there's no time to post all the pictures up!

Countdown to Biz Law mid-terms - 4 more days!!!

Tuesday, October 10

Yay, the past two days were spent at the very newly opened VivoCity @ Harbourfront. We spent the first day discovering and exploring the new exciting mall and then finally settled down at the very very comfortable Pacific Coffee Co. The cafe is divided into the indoor area and the outdoor verandah area and all the couches and tables make me feel like I'm holidaying in Mauritius or something. Damn nice.

That's me while studying hard for my Business Law. I'm still at Offer and acceptance, damn!

As usual, we started photowhoring when I get bored of studying. That's my baby notebook =)))

The view from the Pacific Coffee is quite cool. We could see the Visitor Centre of Sentosa, the Merlion etc. So as the sky darkens and evening falls, the lights from the cable cars and Sentosa made the view even more spectacular. Okay lah, not spectacular, but it was nice enough =)

Then it got kinda dark for me to read my Law, so I started using my laptop's 1.3megapixels camera to take pictures. It started off all nice and normal...

Then we did the PUFFYFACE :O

Then the PUFFYFACEWITHBIGEYES =O

When it got even darker, my lousy 1.3megapixel camera on my notebook started to fail me. So we started taking SHUTTER pictures =)

My super successful and scary picture!! SCARY RIGHT!!!!

Calvin's attempt =)

More nonsensical pictures..

And a dose of narcissism.

Then we went to check out the rooftop thingy and the whole place was like a garden with a big big river. Go check out the place for yourself. Quite pretty at night.

The top view of the playground area.
I'll blog about my 2nd day at VivoCity another day. Meanwhile, go check it out if you have the time but many shops are not opened yet.

Back to mugging =)

Saturday, October 7

Yesterday was the first in a loooong time I walked and exercised so so much! We went around the Bishan area giving out flyers and promoting a SPCA event which is happening this Sunday. It was really hard work because we went door to door and only gave the flyers out to those people who opened their doors to us. But it was really really fun!! That's us in the lift going up the HDB block. We got to see many dogs in the houses and kids too! Actually Singaporeans are not that unfriendly or cold after all, most people were willing, though not necessarily happy to entertain us.
Oh I really like the following picture. The guy on the left is just a random stranger my friends gave out flyer to. And the other two guys are my friends in my LTB group. The picture is cool cos all of them are wearing black!! Even the cool handsome dog is wearing a really chio coat of black fur! I seriously love that handsome dog. Damn cool.

Well, by the end of the promotion thing, we were all damn damn exhausted and tired.
I went home in this semi-conscious state cos I was so damn
tired. Anyway it was Mid Autumn Festival and taking in the fact that I probably will stop playing with candles etc soon, we went to the park downstairs for some fire action. My stupid cousin kept playing with lighters and fire and stuff like boiling the wax in a can. Damn gross. I think we can be sued for like damage of public property. Opps.

Oh I took this damn cool picture of Calvin playing with the fireworks. Nice huh!
Yay, everyone head down to Bishan Park 2, Dog Run area tomorrow SUNDAY, anytime from 1030 to 600pm!! There'll be many many many dogs and activities like balloon sculpting and face painting too! So exciting! =)
Remember, if you have a dog, bring it down to Bishan Park tmr for some fun with other dogs. It's a annual SPCA carnival for animal lovers and their pets. Got ear-cleaning services etc at cheap cheap prices. COME ON DOWN!!

Monday, October 2

It's been a while since I wrote here. Anyway, just want to do a little promotion for my LTB project. We actually link up with SPCA and we're invovled in World Animal Day this Sunday at Bishan Park. So come on down this Sunday (8th Oct) to Bishan Park near the Dog Run to have some fun and check out the many many many dogs there!

We had this booth in school the other day and the board below is my creation!!! Damn nice right? I seriously think it is 'A' grade material - for primary school art! heh =)

That's us hanging out at the booth and I was trying to figure out how to do my Business Law assignment while I sat there. Speaking of which, I'm so damn happy I have finished both my oral and written presentation for Biz Law!!! It was seriously the bane of my life for the past two weeks (thus explaining my absence on this blog).

Then another day we had the belated birthday celebration for Shauna (the Nutter! I just love exclaiming her last name, quite bad but I don't mean anything bad - I just think it's damn cute!) and advanced birthday celebration for Jessica. (both my SMUX camp group mates)

That's the preeeety Shauna and she's seriously fun to be around with. Well, we had steamboat at Bugis and we had to walk allllllll the way there and waitttt for damn loooonnggg for seattssss!
The spicy steamboat looks damn tempting right? At $15 per head, I think it was quite reasonable cos it was buffet style and there was free flow of drinks. I was strategically sitting in front of the spicy soup so I was damn happy eating away.

Oh yeah, while we were waiting, we were standing in front of this sleazy bar cum karaoke place. Outside the place had this handwritten sign which said something like "Enjoy Touch Machine" We were like ??? I really wanted to take a picture of it but I was scared later some random big burly guy suddenly appear and beat the shit outta me. So I had to stay contented with laughing our asses off while we waited.

By the way, SMU students have no life!!!!!!! =)

Thursday, September 21

Yesterday (20th September) was a very interesting and eventful day. Firstly and most importantly, Calvin passed his Traffic Police driving test!!!!!!!!!

And not only that, he passed with ONLY 2 DEMERIT POINTS!!! ahahaha, so proud of him! =)

I went down to Ubi Comfort Driving Centre before his test to wish him all the best and accompany him for a while. Waited for him at the eatery while he had his test, then he suddenly appeared with a grinning face.

Then another noteworthy event was Melvin's M.I.C auditions. He sang Quando, Quando, Quando by Michael Buble and he was FANTASTIC!!!!! Even the judges' review were good. hahahah..I seriously hope he gets through the auditions man.

Okay, then back to my day with Calvin. Thats us hanging out at Ubi after he passed his test.
After that we went to Cathay because Calvin was going to apply for a temp job there through a recommendation from a friend. I think they should seriously do something about the area outside Cathay. The ground is in such a bad shape! And if the shops in Cathay don't fully open soon, I think everyone is going to get sick of the barely opened Cathay building soon.
Us in the Cathay lift. =)

I need more eventful days like 20th Sept!!! SMU students have no life =(((

Saturday, September 16

Friday was hang-out with Iris day again. But so far our hang-out on Fridays are not really working cos we planned to watch movie together AGAIN but did not materialise AGAIN. I blame the stupid rain.

Anyway, it was the second visit to Mr. SMU doctor for my sad knee. But it's much better already so it should be nothing big. Mr. SMU doctor says he feels the pain for my knees and begs me to stop playing such sports. HAHA.

Iris accompanied me to the clinic while we waited for Melvin Ho to join us. I missed the daily dose of Melvin Ho's nonsense cos I didnt see him for like a week.

After the visit to the clinic, I suggested checking out the cool Frujch at SMU. It's kinda like the student lounge and it really rocks. There was Playstation, foosball, air hockey, two pool tables, board games, twister, karaoke and many many couches.

Iris and I probably had the most most comfortable seats of all. It was really quite shiok just stoning there listening to people sing K.

Thursday, September 14

Today's my cousin Weili's 15th birthday. Having fond memories of the meatball spaghetti at Coffee Club Express at Wisma, she wanted me to bring her to Coffee Club for dinner. But Wisma's Coffee Club Express has long been replaced by Starbucks so we (Weili, Calvin, me) headed to the Coffe Club at Ngee Ann City / Taka.

Hmmm, I've never really said this all. Even though she's my cousin, she's as good as a younger sister to me. She's spent her whole life with me and I've spent my past 15 years with her. So even though she annoys the hell outta me and pisses me off all the time, I still love her dearly like my own sister. We fight all the time especially when she uses my camera w/o permission, spoils my make up, hogs my previous notebook 24/7 (the list will go on and on) but at the end of it all, we're still sisters. I KNOW YOU WILL READ THIS NG WEI LI!!! HAHAHAHA!!

So anyway, that's us at Coffee Club. She hates it when I put up pictures of her but since it's a once in a lifetime fifteenth birthday, just too bad. =) I've always liked the food at Coffee Club, I feel its worth every penny if you order the correct items. We all had pasta cos it felt like a pasta day but I hate tomata sauce pasta so I had Garlic Prawn Pasta, which was really really good!! The garlic was damn shiok, prawns were fresh and springy and I gobbled up everything in a flash!

My Garlic Prawn Pasta; Weili's Baked Cheese Beef Bolognaise; Calvin's Baked Chicken Cheese Macaroni; OUR Muddy Mud Pie.
The Muddy Mud Pie was damn orgasmic!!!! It was HUGE and best of all, its only $7!!! Check out the amount of chocolate dust and chocolate sauce around the mudpie. One word - ORGASMIC!! HAHA. Dare I say, I think it's more worth the money than the NYDC famous mudpies.

Then it was the usual cut-cake affair at home with the family. The chocolate cake from the bakery right next to Beard Papa at Taka is highly recommended! Maybe a tad too sweet but the biscuit layer at the bottom makes everything alright.
I think I just ate one week's worth of calories and fats - all the pasta, mudpie and sinful chocolate cake!! HAPPY BIRTHDAY MRS WQ! hahahah

Tuesday, September 12

I have a sad injured left knee and I'm praying hard there's nothing involving ligament tears or dislocation. I hope its just meniscus tear or something. It hurts like a bitch.

p/s: Thank you for taking care of me unconditionally. I was practically an invalid person today, waiting for you to do everything for me. It's times like these I truly feel how much you cherish me =) Thank you.

Monday, September 11

It was hang out at McDonalds day again today. Calvin and I went to the Macs at Tiong Bahru; I did my FA homework while he studied for some Aircraft Engineering test at Changi Airport tomorrow. Oh yeah, before I met Calvin I had a sudden random call from Hongyi. Then more calls from Bing Kayhian and Hongyi came in, asking me to go for dinner with them. So feeling nice and obliging tonight, it was dinner @ Spaggedies with the 3 crazy dudes.

I ordered the Primo Combo which was pretty good but it was a pity that I was feeling quite bloated and full. My primo combo was made up of 4 cheese sticks, soft shell crab and delicious calamari. Actually primo combo is supposed to be a shared appetiser but I had it for a main. Anyway, the point is that my food arrived before everyone else's so as usual, it was kopedd by the others. I wonder why Hong said I was anorexic and bulimic, erm, maybe cos I have friends who kope my food??? HAHA.
Apparently Hong thinks I have shrank. He says I used to be a marshmallow and now I'm like compacted so I'm now like a compacted marshmallow. I will try to take it as a compliment that I've slimmed down and lost weight!haha Well, in the picture above, I do feel a bit overshadowed and swallowed. But anyway, that's our nice complete group picture for the night before Hong had to rush home before he books in. Awwww..book in, whats thattt??!?! HAHA

So with Hong before he went off and then 3 of us went to chill at Macs at Tanglin.

Bing refused to take a nice and proper picture with me so I shall post up this fantastic picture of him below. Damn cute right. hahahahhaha

Oh yeah, check out my newly dyed raven black hair. My roots were growing out so fast and my hair was getting really gross. I love my new raven black hair. =)

Kayhian's shoes are super reflective! Anyway, it was good old fun hanging out with them =)

Sunday, September 10

It seems like our latest favourite past time is hanging out at McDonalds at PS, exploiting the free internet usage and playing our favourite online game. We've been playing Eudemons and it's quite fun. (Don't start dissing, you WOW players! I can imagine Bing and Lai and Tim with wagging fingers and throwing condescending looks at me)

Us hanging out at McDonalds, the favourite hangout.

Friday, September 8

LYN HAS LEFT FOR THE LAND OF SHUAI GE WITH COOL POSEUR HAIR. take care you puffy face and remember your promise to bring back more shuai ge back home! have the time of your life in japan and i'll miss you, my very very long primary school friend!
=) Look how freaking cute Lyn is wearing the super cute earmuffs we bought for her!
Lynette and me with the quick note on the balloon I wrote for her!

With the other class girls who weren't late (EH HUM bena *cough* candy *cough cough*) haha. Camy and Nicole. The NUS girls.

AO1E guys: Timothy! Bing! Ben! Michael!

And..Eman! Kayhian! Lai! Brian!

The gathering made me miss the class a lot, especially those fun and crappy hang out in class days. Well, just hope the class can stay in touch! =)

Sunday, September 3

SMU Freshmen Bash at MOS on 31 Aug. Spent the night with Iris, Melvin and Lester, was pretty fun migrating here and there while dancing.

The first shot of the night: Iris darling =)
Jevin and me.
Toilet shot without flash.
Us again =)
Melvin Hohoho, my new found soulmate.

Monday, August 28

I had dinner with part of the ftb og after vivace that day. Alex organised it and wanted to bring us all to miss clarity cafe for the great cheap delicious food. the attendance was quite sad but somehow, I had alot alot of fun. And I contribute it to the fact that it was mostly international students who came for the dinner.

As I was telling Alex, I really had a lot of time talking over dinner. If it was just a usual dinner with the local friends, I would usually zone out and stone after a while. But with them, I kept talking on and on and on. Asking them questions about their countries and answering their questions as well.

Spent the day at Calvin's, accompanying him while he studied for his coming exam and I did my financial accounting homework. Good luck okay!!!! :)

Tuesday, August 22

Convocation was on 19th and it sure was pretty weird seeing everyone in formal wear. I think I looked too pro already, people kept telling me I was rocking the look. Must be the rigorous trainings I went through at Raffles Hotel.

The girls from my Freshmen Teambuidling Camp group.
With May!
Shauna, the pretty ang moh Nutter. =)))
Then it was the camp group gathering at Jessica's houseafter Convocation. I was so stupid that I only brought one pair of denim shorts and belt so i wore my white shirt with denim shorts. Anyway, it was the first ever ever ever time I lost so badly in Indian poker and made to down many cups! @#%#@^&#*(@&#(!

And today marks my official school day at SMU. Underestimated the time for commuting to school, and arrived at Financial Accounting about ten minutes late. Financial Accounting doesnt look to intimidating so far and compared to some others in class, I think I understand it pretty well.

Then it was Communication in the late afternoon. Coincidentally, I met Kenneth on the way to class, then Benny entered the classroom. Followed by Clara then Samuel. haha quite cool. That's me and Clara in the seminar room. Oh yeah, I love my new pink polo! With collar upturned too!

Thursday, August 10

I don't really feel like blogging so can I just post a photolog? haha, just an excuse to show off pictures of the super adorable Mango ;)

Doesn't Mango look so cuutteeeeee??? I don't want her to grow up and become an adult JRT.
Despite Mango's killer looks and super cute pleading almond-shaped eyes, my poor Calvin has been tortured by her over and over again. Cleaning her pee and poo, playing with her, training her, TRYING to cut her nails etc.. and JRTs are so super hyper that they hardly sleep.

Then, some photos from the SMU Business Camp. Our group was, hmm how shall I put it?, quite a happening group? We were reeled in front of the whole camp goup to do a forfeit cos we arrived back to school late after the amazing race, which involved us doing some "Kaching! Pornstar!" action. Then the next day, we got our revenge when we bidded for the most expensive items to sell for the charity drive and also, sold all our items in record time and thus, garnered the most sales amongst all the group.

Group celebratory picture in front of Somerset MRT Station after we completed our charity drive. Me, Liping ad Melvin (the horny monkeyy!) on the second night which was damn fun. Our group playing some Dodgeball game on the last day. The last group picture!

More Business Camp pictures: Me with Xiuling (we found each other damn familiar at first sight, only to find out she worked at Raffles Hotel's Account Dept before!). Me with CK (as in Calvin Klein?, haha no lah, just the initials of his Chinese name). Me with the next group's facilitator at late night supper at Kopitiam opposite SMU. Me with Fiona on the bus (whom I found damn familiar but I haven't figured out why).

Sunday, August 6

I went back to RJ @ Bishan that day with Bena. We went to study Stats for our stats waiver test in one of the chat rooms and it was pretty fun. Got many stares and huhs?! from our juniors when we said we were back here to study. Haha.

We took walks around the school and visited our old classroom, which was, in case you did not know, at the furthest and highest end of the whole school compound. That's Bena, pretending to be studious in our beloved classroom. =)

Then my netball juniors Yvonne and Janell came over to find me at the chatrooms after their PE lesson (they played handball!! hmph!). Everytime I take photo with them, i feel so small and short. They're like two years younger than me lorrr..

I had fun hanging out at RJ!! and I think I'm gonna fail my stats waiver test tmr cos many stuff looks quite Greek to me. haha
