im ACHING like mad. my calves, my lower back muscles. OMG. its killing me.

and its all because im so damn smart. overkill on sunday really. trained in the morning, first real satisfied training in a long time. shot 3 rounds then went to jog around potong pasir area then came back shoot a bit more.then went to pp to eat. didnt eat much but drank alot.

then played some badminton at the cc. then played bball when khor came down to join us. 4v4. quite fun. but was so so so so shagged after bball. nearly died. then waited for monica to come fetch us to wenli's house for her bday celebration.quite fun too. swam a bit too.

haha yeah guess why im aching like shit. shoot, run, badminton, bball, swim. good job. then today had pe. smart me forgot i applied on yoko yoko muscle rub in the morning on my back, then wear black arts fac shirt some more. only BURNING like mad, i nearly died.

and today's lessons were -_- i was so so so sleepy man. last lesson still had to do gp compo! on politics somemore! sianded..tmr until 4pm again. sucks man.

shoot more, get stronger. RUN RUN RUN more to shed those kgs. attempt to finish work on time. stop eating THRASH like fried stuff and desserts. eat a good breakfast then dont eat much cept for small snacks. eradicate evil thoughts about ponning lessons and school. RUN RUN RUN more. im trying okayy. . .

have been feeling shitty these few days. i dont know what to do anymore. really. this sucks. -__-

and the constant nagging i get at home doesnt do my moods any good. there are so many times i feel like just disappearing.

school today was quite good. and i finally went for pe, and contrary to what i believed, i didnt die even though i havent ran for like few months? and it feels good to exercise again, alright i'll keep at it. and i havent taken the lift for many days already. climbing stairs is good =) all the way up seven storeys to my homeroom.

the queue was so so damn long at the yong tau foo stall today and i got pissed. then went to queue when it was shorter and stupid kevin, weixian and yeemeng came over to the queue. idiotic weixian helped yeemeng cut the queue and get food and mr evans witnessed the whole thing from another stall. it was quite funny. then stupid kevin who was behind me when i was choosing my yong tau foo food was being damn irritating. that shithead kept saying "yucks, so unhealthy" and "wah thats full of fats and oil" etc whenever i consider picking up something. so i ended with pathetic food with my xia tang. kevin lee!! -_-

yay im leaving very soon. cant wait reallyy =) to get away from singapore, to get away from school, to get away from everything here. except that i'll be tortured having to miss the people here whom i love =( nvm i'll make things better by trying to get eveyone nice nice presents so that all these people i love will be happy when im back =)

i never really considered it that much when bing tells me about how he feels that class dynamics is changing. now i see it. and im think its childish and dumb. so everyone should just stop it..

firstly, i really hope no personal grudge comes between the class and breaks up our class into alliances and shit like that. i feel that people should know that since we're in the same class and being in the same class requires spending time together, alot of time in fact..everyone has a part to play in keeping things civil and good and not to take things for granted. seriously, everyone who's a part of 2ao1e, think right now. how would it feel in class when you keep having to dislike/hate someone in class?

it doesnt feel good really, trust me on this.

if there's sth you dont really like about someone, there are only a few things you should do, and that does not include bitching about someone. argh! for gods sake, how do i explain this? if the sth you dont like is sth you really cant stand, pls tell it to the person involved and give constructive advice and do something positive about it. and if you cant be bothered, then keep it to yourself and do not say a single word about it.. if you start complaining all day about it, it will spread around and it adds up to a bad ending.

okay i suck at explaining this but i just have to get this off my chest. all in all i just hope EVERYONE in class who acutally gives a shit about the class try to make things better and dont add on to any current conflict that might be brewing. this means people should not bitch or attempt to form alliances in class. instead, tolerate be considerate and we try to sit together at breaks. you dont have to be fake and be nice to people, but at the very least, dont let your actions break up the class. spare a thought for others in class before doing anything.

okay a whole load of rubbish i just said. only some people will understand i guess. sch was alright. highlights: michael er pole-dancing and eman lap dancing keith. in er..gp lesson.. for forfeits from giving wrong answers to questions pertaining to politics. its good shite. and i think people should stop complaining about gp lessons. i guess its just for us to relax. and not to overlaod us with work. yeah so give some credit to ms jasmine tan.

and stupid firas hid the perfume i bought for hon. got me worried sick that i couldnt give the present to her today. was really worried sick. i hope firas feels a bit guily. a tad will be enough. and stupid weixian keeps throwing his fingernails at me and calling me stupid names. i conclude keith is the nicest botak. at least to me. hee but he's apparently not very kind to candy cos he always kopes her water in class..ohh and the crows at ri are DAMN BIG AND SCARY. the guys brought me to ri to eat today and while the crows swopped in once the ri little boys go off for lessons. its like how you watch the animals fighting for food on discovery chan.

its been a cool day..i havent been this truly happy for a long time. stoned at home then went for uni's bday party, which by the way went well, and then came home to gamble with my cousins and won them all.

nv go school but went town today to meet up with firas and chuin and tiff..haha missed touching that botak head. then chuin and fifi went to watch kungfu while me and tiff went to shop for uni's present.. 2 days of school, 2 days of fun =)

classes have been rather okayy, and mondays and tuesdays are my most yucky days and they are overrrr! i love seeing everyone at sch =) and enjoying fun things like koping adzfar's damn nice bright pink "support our troops" band, walking around eating apple with tiffany, exposing ivan's stupid plan of wearing a victorian shirt and pose as a j1, insulting marcjoe's ogl skills and dancing skills, crapping with weixian in math lect, listening to the g.o.d's plans of shaving their heads in math lect, talking cock with kevin and the backrow about horror movies.

HAPPY NEW YEAR to everyone i love. you guys know who you are.

countdown yesterday. had loads and loads of fun yesterday..watched two movies with *him..and hang around for damn damn damn long.haha then he accompanied me all the way to sim lim to buy my webcam.then waited for jason to knock off work then we went for countdown at esplanade. bought some beer but i drank most of it cos he has a cough and cant drink too much. then met up with my cousins&their boyfriends for countdown and hang around at esplanade. haha..was quite nothing to do but we still had fun lahh. hehh though we bascially just wasted and stoned our time away yesterday, it was still quite fun. hehh ill upload more pics soon.
