im ACHING like mad. my calves, my lower back muscles. OMG. its killing me.

and its all because im so damn smart. overkill on sunday really. trained in the morning, first real satisfied training in a long time. shot 3 rounds then went to jog around potong pasir area then came back shoot a bit more.then went to pp to eat. didnt eat much but drank alot.

then played some badminton at the cc. then played bball when khor came down to join us. 4v4. quite fun. but was so so so so shagged after bball. nearly died. then waited for monica to come fetch us to wenli's house for her bday celebration.quite fun too. swam a bit too.

haha yeah guess why im aching like shit. shoot, run, badminton, bball, swim. good job. then today had pe. smart me forgot i applied on yoko yoko muscle rub in the morning on my back, then wear black arts fac shirt some more. only BURNING like mad, i nearly died.

and today's lessons were -_- i was so so so sleepy man. last lesson still had to do gp compo! on politics somemore! sianded..tmr until 4pm again. sucks man.

shoot more, get stronger. RUN RUN RUN more to shed those kgs. attempt to finish work on time. stop eating THRASH like fried stuff and desserts. eat a good breakfast then dont eat much cept for small snacks. eradicate evil thoughts about ponning lessons and school. RUN RUN RUN more. im trying okayy. . .
