aching all over. pretty happy with myself. for being disciplined enough to eat only breakfast and lunch, less choc snacks, and exercise everyday. played badminton and skipped 1000 times today. thanks to kayhian and jiahao, my badminton has kinda improved =) i wanna play moree.
i wanna shop but i know i have to save up first. i really really wanna get one more skirt and lots of tops especially since now almost everywhere got sales. and i wanna buy a dress. and lots of earrings. but calvin just bought me two nice pairs of earrings. hehh =) the closest to retail shopping i can enjoy.
i really think recording down how much you spent and what you eat daily can really help you organise your life. haha thats what i do now everyday. im just hoping it wont be like a one week thing but a good habit i cultivate. =) and i need to mug more!
gonna shop for a new monitor tmr.. siannded-_- kinda sick of shopping at sim lim. going night safari on sunday! heh. i think im losing abit of weight. happy happyy, and im glad im not starving like last time though i really lost alot of weight last time. like 8 or 9 kg. but now im doing it more healthily. hopefully it works. and skipping rocks. convenient and effective. downside is it is hard on the knees so must have correct technique to cushion the skips.
